Online Group Visit Request Form

Welcome to Northwestern. This form will help you to understand our policies around online group visits so we can ensure that each individual group has an experience that is tailored to the group specifically and be appropriate for the students joining us. We look forward to finding out about your group or organization and hopefully planning a visit for them in a remote setting.

In order to request a visit, please review and acknowledge our Online Large Group Visit policies below.

Large Group Visits are intended for groups of 10+ students. Groups smaller than this should plan to attend one of our regularly scheduled online programs.
We cannot accommodate elementary, middle school or graduated student groups.
All online group visits will take place in a Zoom meeting provided by our office.
There must be at least one adult "chaperone" from your organization present during in Zoom.
Request forms should be submitted no later than three weeks prior to your requested date. Any requests after this will not be accommodated.
Submission of this form is not a guarantee that your request will be accommodated.
