Participation Fee

$505.00 (excluding VAT)

Event registration will not be completed or confirmed until the event fee payment has been received. Registrants must submit payment within 30 days of the date of submission of the registration form in order to secure registration, and in all cases, no later than 7 days before the first day of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of event registration must be made via your original registration.

• Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event will incur an administrative fee of 50 Euro / 50 USD (excluding VAT).
• Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event, or non-attendance at the event itself, will not be refunded.

Registration Guidelines

• Registration and payment must be received by CIS no later than 13 July 2018. 
• Late registrations, received after 13 July, may be permitted on a space available basis. Late registrants may not be included in the promotional material. 
• This event allows for a maximum of two participants from a current CIS University member institution. 
• Participants must be full-time permanent undergraduate admission/recruitment staff or alumni ONLY. Participation by foundation year program personnel/recruiters, institutional agents, ESL program personnel/recruiters, students, or recruiters working for external organizations is not permitted. 
• Arrival at fair venue 30 minutes prior to fair is expected. 
• Coverage at table is required from beginning to end of the fair.
