Large Group Visits

High schools and community based organizations who wish to bring a group of high school students to campus can register for a large group campus visit. Based on your group’s schedule and interests, you can take a student-led or self-guided campus tour and connect with current students and admission staff to learn more about Northwestern. Groups with 10 or fewer guests should register all participants individually for campus tours and related programming. • We cannot accommodate elementary, middle school or graduated student groups.
• Large Group Visits are available on certain weekdays throughout the year with the exception of holiday breaks and exam periods. No group visits are offered during the month of April. 
• We can only accommodate groups between 10 and 40 students, not including chaperones.
• Groups must be accompanied by at least one chaperone per 15 students.
• Optional 15-minute Northwestern Overview sessions are available before guided tours. Please select this option when registering.
• Request forms should be submitted no later than two weeks prior to your visit. Any requests after this will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.
